FAQ

Refunds/Exchanges:

Dreamchild will replace, exchange or happily refund on FAULTY items only. Please keep in mind that each item is hand made and delicate, therefor they are easy to damage and need to be looked after well i.e. Keep out of water and harsh sunlight

Dreamchild will not refund if item was damaged due to negligence or water damage.

Dreamchild will exchange for change of mind at customers shipping expense

We are able to fix your item if it breaks due to negligence (i.e., suede cord broke because you pulled on it too hard)  at no extra cost but shipping is at customers expense unless your item is faulty, then Dreamchild will cover shipping costs. 

(Please be fair and understand that Dreamchild is  a one person business, we want to keep customers happy and I am an honest seller, please be honest with us too, its good karma! )

Please contact Dreamchild via Contact page for all refunds and exchanges and we will do our best to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Postage/Shipping:

For items currently in stock, your order will be shipped out next day. 

Custom orders usually take 1 week.

Australia post can take from 2-10 days for delivery.

International deliveries can take up to 14 days
